Natela Doghonadze

Affiliated Professor at Black Sea International University in the School of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences. She worked at IBSU since 1997 as a guest lecturer, and since 2006 has been working as a full-time lecturer.
She authored and coordinated the undergraduate program in English Philology, the 60-credit Teacher Training Program, the (English-language) Master’s Program in Educational Administration, and the Doctoral Program in Education Sciences. She was also the initiator and chief editor of the Journal of Education in Black Sea Region and IRCEELT (International Research Conference on Education and English language and literature teaching) founders and the head of the conference.
She is currently a professor in the doctoral program. Supervisor of 42 defended doctoral dissertations. Author of about 200 publications (books, manuals and research articles).
