    Online exchange program with DePaul University

    First-year MA students of IBSU’s Digital Media and Communication program started an online exchange program with DePaul University students in Chicago. Within the five-week collaboration, students will analyze American and Georgian media using the content analysis method.     Workshop – Go Online: Boosting Interaction Using Digital Tools

    IBSU lecturer Nato Pachuashvili conducted a workshop on “Go Online: Boosting Interaction Using Digital Tools.” The workshop participants were introduced to digital devices that provide a powerful interactive environment for students. Nato Pachuashvili also spoke about the importance of interactive digital learning resources needed for teaching English as a foreign language.

    The Debate and Critical Discussion Club and the American Studies Student’s Union organized a bilingual event dedicated to Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM).     Head of the English Philology BA Program, Assoc. Prof. Maia Chkotua gave a workshop on 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿. As part of the workshop, students learned how to prepare a conference article. This included writing a title, abstract, structure, and list of used literature in APA7 style.
