    On February 21, 2014 Alexey Kharlamov, Senior Program Officer of the American Councils for International Education (ACTR/ACCELS) gave presentation on the U.S Carnegie Program (U.S. Washington D.C.) concerning education and research possibilities.     Tbilisi Main Library Project – “Know more about America”
