Organized by the School of Public Administration and State Management Governance juniors, Nona Kimeridze, and Elene Maisuradze, IBSU hosted a public lecture on “Corruption-related Challenges In The Public Sector.” The lecture was led by Sandro Kevkhishvili, the TI representative.
Organized by the IBSU Student Self-Governance member, School of Law student, Veriko Siria, and the Department of Student Rights Protection, the project “Difficult Cases in Law” revealed the winner among five teams. The team of Tinatin Kimbarishvili and Gvantsa Dzotsenidze won the project and were awarded certificates, branded gifts, Hegel’s books on the Philosophy of
IBSU School of Public Administration and State Governance seniors organized a meeting with the program graduates. Graduates discussed their experiences and offered recommendations during the meeting, which was held as part of the “Project Management” subject.
The IBSU freshmen went to the Georgian Parliament. Students visited the Parliament Palace, Parliament Session Hall, and Museum of the Georgian Parliament and learned about the structures and procedures of the Parliament’s operations. Mr. Zurab Jibghashvili, an associate professor in the BA Law program, organized the visit.
IDFI representatives Teona Turashvili and Goga Tusharashvili delivered a public lecture at IBSU on “Public Sector Transparency and Information Accessibility.” The lecture was organized by IBSU School of Public Administration and State Governance students, Nona Kimeridze and Elene Maisuradze.

IBSU hosted a public lecture about ERASMUS+ exchange programs, delivered by Giorgi Agirbaia, Ph.D., Founder of ProActive Group Georgia, CoE CINGOs Youth Delegate, and EDYN Member. The speaker discussed practical approaches for students to engage in EU-supported initiatives, making it simpler for students to access foreign projects.
The project “IBSU for High Mountain Regions” organized by Public Administration and State Governance juniors, Mariam Tsukhishvili, Mariam Guliashvili, and Nino Khubierov, has finished successfully. Students met with up to 200 pupils in public schools of Dusheti and Sachkheri regions and informed them of IBSU’s undergraduate programs, funding opportunities, and student activities.
