Doctor of Business Administration. She is also a member of the Sectoral Benchmark Council for Management and Administration. She is also the National Contact Point for Georgia for the European Commission’s Horizon Europe research projects, Maria Skłodowska-Curie Actions.

She has many years of experience in academic and administrative fields in various educational institutions. Ms. Teona is actively engaged in scientific research activities, her research interests include: organizational systems and their development.
