‘Mountain Research and Development’ published IBSU professor Temur Gugushvili’s article

The journal is a leading international scientific journal in the field of sustainable mountain development. The article was published by a Georgian-Swiss scientific team.

The title of the article is: From Tradition to Innovation: The Pioneers of Mountain Entrepreneurship in the Lesser Caucasus – From Tradition to Innovation: Innovative Entrepreneurship in the Mountain Region of the Lesser Caucasus, which deals with economic changes in mountain regions, in particular, the shift from traditional agriculture to a diverse entrepreneurial “ecosystem”. Our findings highlight the challenges and opportunities for small entrepreneurs, as well as the importance of access to appropriate forms of capital, including grants, for the transformation of local economies.
