The U.S. Foreign Affairs English Master program of the International Black Sea University will start the exchange of MA students from 2024/2025  with the Université de Bretagne Occidentale, UBO in France as a result of the signed specific agreement on student exchange between International Black Sea University and Université de Bretagne Occidentale, UBO.

The language of instruction in the French International University is English.

The exchange procedures will start soon.

Interviews with the applicants of 2024-2025 academic year will be held from September 10 to September 15.
