Professor Tamar Shioshvili participated in the international conference

IBSU American studies program coordinator, Prof. Dr. Tamar Shioshvili participated in the conference “Expanding International Education Through Regional Knowledge Exchange”

At the conference, Prof. Dr. Tamar spoke about the uniqueness and importance of the American Studies program in wake of Georgia-American 30 years of diplomatic relations, which is the basis of the American Studies BA, MA, and Ph.D. programs.

The conference was held at Ilia State University in a framework of the internationalization of higher education and was organized by the US Embassies in Tbilisi and Baku.
