IBSU-ში დებატებისა და კრიტიკული დისკუსიების კლუბი და ამერიკისმცოდნეობის სტუდენტური კავშირი გაიხსნა

School of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences

The Debate and Critical Discussion Club and the American Studies Students’ Union held their inaugural event at IBSU. The duo will focus on human rights, women’s rights, equality, American, European, and Georgian politics, critical analysis of hot-button issues, student concerns, and the promotion of liberalism, open-mindedness, and democracy.

The ceremony was attended by Tamar Shioshvili, Dean, Head of American Studies BA and Ph.D. Programs and Tea Chumburidze, Head of the US Foreign Affairs MA Program.
The attendees also talked about racism and equality-related topics as part of Black History Month (African-American History Month).
