- 21.06.2019 – Announcing Vacant Quotas on Programs.
- 24 – 28.06.2019 – Accepting/Registering Requests of students willing to participate in internal mobility.
- 4-17.07.2019 – 17.07.2019 – Recognizing ECTS and Preparing Faculty Decisions.
- 20.08.2019 – 23.08.2019 – Signing renewed learning agreements.
- 26.08.2019 – Preparing Rectors’ order for Accepting students participating in Internal Mobility Process.
