On July 4 Dr. Jan Boehm Professor of Comparative Education, Head of the Department of Educational Sciences at University of Education, Upper AustriaUniversity (Linz) visited the Center. He met with IBSU Vice-Rector Dr. Giderdzi Buchashvili. Prof. Boehm discussed various aspects of current and future co-operation between our universities:  supervision of a doctorate student at PhD program of Education Sciences (he is currently supervising Nino Bitskinshvili), developing Erasmus projects, becoming a Doctoral Dissertation Field Board member in Education Sciences, and being a member of editorial board of Journal of Education in Black Sea Region (JEBS). He also attended one of PhD student’s – Shorena Kuchukhidze’s pre-defense.
