American English Webinar “Ideas for Subtle Corrections during Speaking Tasks”

As a part of the American English Webinar series for teachers, IBSU provided a viewing session for webinar 7.2. Future teachers (BA English Philology programme senior students) gained insight into “To Correct or Not Correct? Ideas for Subtle Corrections During Speaking Tasks;” an area of English language teaching that is being clarified by recent research. Nine participant attended in this second webinar of a series of six. Teachers who successfully complete the webinar series will be given certificates by American English and the U.S. Embassy in Georgia.

IBSU will continue to host future webinars. The next one will be on October 4, 2017 at 4pm when Joe McVeigh will present on “Empowering Your Students with Media Literacy.”
