Zaza Shengelia delivered a public lecture on “Effective Media Management and Challenges” at the International Black Sea University. It touched upon the transformation of frequency broadcasting and the issue of internet media in the world media market.

Zaza Shengelia is the founder of the first independent TV channel “Ibervisia” in Georgia. In 2000, along with the team mates, he created broadcaster” Mze”. In 1999-2005 he was a CEO of a Public Broadcasting. In the 90s, after Georgia gained independence, Zaza Shengelia devoted his career to the development of TV industry and music business in Georgia.

He is the organizer of the first student rock festivals, which was unprecedented in the Soviet Georgia of 70s-80s.
