Prof. Dr. Tamar Shioshvili attended U.S. Independence Day reception

Prof. Dr. Tamar Shioshvili, The Dean of the School of Education, Humanities, and Social Sciences and Head of the American Studies Programs at the International Black Sea University (IBSU) attended the U.S. Independence Day reception and met with the U.S. Ambassador to Georgia Robin Dunnigan.
