On May 7, 2014 Cultural Attaché of the United States Embassy James Dewey & the American Professor from the Georgetown University Ori Soltes who reads lectures on American literature at the Faculty of Education and Humanities, participated in the opening of “American Corner” with the American collection of books donated by the U.S Embassy library and the attaché Lola Petrova held at IBSU organized by the Faculty of Education & Humanities. The goal of the Corner is to support student research on American Studies.
