Dean of the IBSU School of Law and Public Administration, Irakli Shamatava, participated in the international conference

Dean of the School of Law and Public Administration of the International Black Sea University, Affiliated Professor Irakli Shamatava, as a member of the Scientific Council, participated in the international conference organized by the Faculty of Law of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University.

The topic of the conference was “Civil Procedural Law and ADR”, which was moderated by Associate Professor of the School of Law and Public Administration Simon Takashvili. The reports presented at the conference covered the topics of civil procedural law, arbitration, enforcement, labor disputes, judicial practice and artificial intelligence, which were discussed in a comparative legal context.

The conference was attended by representatives of universities of Poland, Romania, Lithuania, Portugal, Ukraine and France, as well as doctoral students of Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University.
