დალი ოსეფაშვილი

დალი ოსეფაშვილი 2018 წლიდან არის შავი ზღვის საერთაშორისო უნივერსიტეტის ჟურნალისტიკისა და მასობრივი კომუნიკაციის მიმართულების პროფესორი. 2021 წლიდან „ციფრული მედიისა და კომუნიკაციის სამაგისტრო პროგრამის ხელმძღვანელი, მას შემდეგ რაც ჩიკაგოში (დეპოლისა და ლოიოლას უნივერსიტეტები) გაიარა აშშ მთავრობის მიერ დაფინანსებული „მედიაგანათლების პროგრამა“. იბსუ-ს ეს სამაგისტრო პროგრამა მან სწორედ ამერიკაში მიღებული გამოცდილების გაზიარების საფუძველზე მოამზადა ლოიოლას უნივერსიტეტის ციფრული მედიის სამაგისტრო პროგრამის ანალოგიით.

დალი ოსეფაშვილის სადოქტორო დისერტაცია (2004) ქართულ მედიაში ახალი ამბების, ინტერვიუსა და რეპორტაჟის ტრანსფორმაციას შეეხებოდა. 1993-2005 წლებში ის ინტენსიურად თანამშრომლობდა სხვადასხვა ჟურნალ-გაზეთებთან.

შავი ზღვის საერთაშორისო უნივერსიტეტამდე, ის 18 წელი იყო თსუ-ს პროფესორი, სადაც 2008-2018 წლებში ხელმძღვანელობდა „მედია და ახალი ტექნოლოგიების“ სამაგისტრო პროგრამას. 2015 წლამდე იყო თსუ-ს სოციალურ და პოლიტიკურ მეცნიერებათა ფაკულტეტის ხარისხის სამსახურის უფროსი.

მას გამოქვეყნებული აქვს 60-ზე მეტი სამეცნიერო სტატია, არის 2 წიგნის ავტორი და 2 სახელმძღვანელოს თანაავტორი. მისი რამდენიმე სტატია ინდექსირებულია მაღალრეიტინგულ საერთაშორისო ბაზებში Scopus და Web of Science. დალი ოსეფაშვილს მიღებული აქვს მონაწილეობა საერთაშორისო სამეცნიერო კონფერენციებში – ჰარვარდში, დეტროიტში, ოქსფორდში, ბრიუსელში, ბერლინში, ბრემენში, მიუნხენში, ვარშავაში, პარიზში, პრაღაში და სხვ.

დალი ოსეფაშვილს გავლილი აქვს კვლევითი სტაჟირებები ამერიკაში (ვეისერის პროგრამა – მიჩიგანის უნივერსიტეტი, 2017); გერმანაში (DAAD, მიუნხენის ლუდგვიგ მაქსიმილიანეს უნივერსიტეტი, 2015; აიხშტატ-ინგოლშტატის უნივერსიტეტი, 2024); ლიეტუვაში (მარი კურის პროგრამა, ვილნიუსის უნივერსიტეტი, 2016); პოლონეთში (ფილიპოვიჩის კვლევითი სტიპენდია – ვროცლავის უნივერსიტეტი და ახალი ევროპის კოლეჯი ვროცლავში, 2021; მიეროჟევსკის სამეცნიერო ფონდის სტიპენდია – ვარშავა და კრაკოვი, 2024).

სასწავლო მობილობების ფარგლებში ის კითხულობდა ლექციებს ფინეთში (Basercan+ პროგრამა აკადემიური პერსონალისთვის, ჰელსინკის უნივერსიტეტი, 2015); და “Erasmus+”-ის მოკლე ვადიანი აკადემიური პერსონალის მობილობის ფარგლებში პოლონეთში (ვროცლავის უნივერსიტეტი, 2016 და 2021) და ჩეხეთში (მასარიკის უნივერსიტეტი, 2017).

მისი კვლევითი ინტერესებია: მედიის ციფრული ტრანსფორმაცია; ხელოვნური ინტელექტი და მედია; ახალი ამბების ტრანსფორმაცია ციფრულ ერაში; სოციალური მედიის კვლევები; ჟურნალისტიკის კვლევები; ციფრული კომუნიკაციის კვლევები და სხვ.
