Head of “Digital Media & Communication MA program”, Prof. Dali Osepashvili participated international conference of 6th World Conference on Research in Social Sciences, which was held in Berlin. She presented the results of his research “Social Media as a Source of Information: Attitudes of Young People (Case of Georgia)”.
IBSU Education Administration BA program students, Khatia Beridze, Mariam Kupatadze, and Tamar Shioshvili, partook in the Education Student Conference organized by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. Students covered all levels of education. The attendees also shared practices, and recommendations as per the graduate students’ research topics.

As part of the Erasmus + KA107 exchange program, the Head of the English Philology BA program, Associate Professor Maia Chkotua, and Professor Nikoloz Parjanadze visited Eötvös Loránd University in Hungary. The meetings were held with the Dean of the Faculty of Primary and Pre-School Education, Associate Professor Eva Markus, and the Head of the
IBSU hosted British-style debates by the clubs of International Relations, and Philosophy, and The Debate and Critical Discussion Club. Students from various universities debated and explored political and philosophical resolutions. The first and second-place winners were awarded with cash prizes.
Journalism BA program students attended a simulated process of the Georgian Charter of Journalistic Ethics at IBSU. The Charter representatives mentored the simulated process and demonstrated a controversial story aired on one of the TV channels.
