IBSU American Studies students held a meeting with applicants who are members of the Tbilisi American Corner

At the initiative of the Dean of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences of the International Black Sea University, Head of the American Studies Program, Prof. Tamar Shioshvili, the students of the American Studies Program held a meeting with the entrants and seniors of the schools affiliated with the Tbilisi American Corner.

During the meeting, the Program Head delivered a presentation about the unique multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary American Studies Program. The students also introduced the audience to the program through a presentation reflecting their personal experiences and impressions of the courses and academic environment.

In addition, the students engaged the participants in an interactive quiz focused on U.S. history, culture, and contemporary life. The entrants and senior pupils demonstrated impressive knowledge, which was warmly received by the audience.
