International Black Sea University’s Career Development Service organized a meeting for students with an HR consultant on the topic “How to Create an Effective Resume – You Are a Brand.” Certified career consultant Salome Eragia provided IBSU students with information about creating, formatting, and professionally designing resumes. Gepra representatives held a meeting with Business School students, organized by the Career Planning and Development Service of the International Black Sea University. Students learned about the company’s activities and had the opportunity to receive real job offers on the spot.
The IBSU Department of Student and Alumni Development hosted a meeting on “In-Demand Skills Necessary for Employment”. Nino Beruashvili, General Manager of Jungian Coaching School – International, led the interactive meeting. Students did practical tasks to assist them in improving their social skills, emotional intelligence, and complex thinking.
The Career Planning & Development Service organised an interactive discussion for IBSU students titled “First Job – How to Start Right.” Tamar Turashvili, the founder of Lemon Capital Consulting and a doctor of psychology, led the meeting. Students learned about modern employment market requirements and also received professional advice for their first interview.
