A public lecture was held on the topic: “Human rights as a mechanism for maintaining the constitutional order” at the International Black Sea University, organized by the School of Law and State Administration,

The lecture was led by Tamar Avaliani, Doctor of Public Law, constitutionalist, human rights law specialist, human rights expert of the Bar Association, Public Defender, Council of Europe and the United Nations. Tamar Avaliani is an OSCE expert in election monitoring issues.
