IBSU students participated in the 2026 General Assembly of the JACAFA Foundation.

Students of International Black Sea University participated in the 2026 General Assembly of the JACAFA Foundation, held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The University was represented by JACAFA scholarship recipients Saba Gulbatashvili, Saba Elibashvili, and Demetre Nadiradze. The two-day event included presentations of various projects by participants seeking funding, followed by evaluation and voting by other JACAFA members.

The JACAFA Scholarship is a two-year international scholarship program implemented by the Japan Central Asia Friendship Association and funded by the Nippon Foundation. The program aims to bring together successful, active, and motivated students from the region, foster leadership development, strengthen international connections, and promote engagement in international projects and cultural dialogue.
