IBSU supports and participates in a webinar organized by the „Magna Charta Universitatum“

International Black Sea University is one of the supporters of the webinar entitled “The Role of Universities in Society” organized by the Magna Charta Universitatum.

The webinar intended for professors, university administrators and students was held online, on September 29.

 „It is a great honor for the International Black Sea University to be a supporter and a participant of the Magna Charta Universitatum webinar. Participation in such events is one of our priorities, as our task is to actively communicate with world leaders in the education sector and utilize their experiences” said Abdulmelik Alkan, Head of International Relations Office.

Magna Charta Universitatum is a document originally signed by the rectors of 388 Universities in 1988, on the 900th anniversary of the University of Bologna. The International Black Sea University joined the agreement in 2020.
