Meeting of Saffet Bayraktutan with US Ambassador Kelly Degnan

Mr. Saffet Bayraktutan, the Rector of International Black Sea University, together with the leaders of other universities met with the Ambassador of United States of America to Georgia, Her Excellency Ms. Kelly Degnan and the Attaché for Culture and Education Mr. Christopher Anderson. During the introductory meeting a discussion was held on modern trends in higher education. International Black Sea University and US Embassy have been working closely together for years at academic and educational levels.
