ხელშეკრულების შედგენა

შავი ზღვის საერთაშორისო უნივერსიტეტის სამართლის ფაკულტეტის ორგანიზებით “Street Law” კლინიკის ფარგლებში გაიმართა საჯარო ლექცია თემაზე „ხელშეკრულების შედგენის ტექნიკა“. საჯარო ლექცია წაიკითხა გიორგი ბარათაშვილმა. სტუმარმა ისაუბრა სახელშეკრულებო სამართლის ძირითად პრინციპებზე, ხელშეკრულების სწორად და ეფექტურად შედგენის სპეციფიკასა და მის მნიშვნელობაზე იურისტის პროფესიაში. სტუდენტებმა დასვეს კითხვები მათთვის საინტერესო საკითებზე და გაიმართა დისკუსია.
