Within the framework of the project “Voice of Inner Kartli”, students and facilitators of the Bachelor of Tourism program, Tsitsi Jangidze and Nino Shonia, visited Gori Municipality on a field visit. The project is funded by the IBSU Research Promotion and Project Management Service.

Sandeep Guleria met with tourism students
Sandeep Guleria, a lecturer at IBSU and Head of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Chandigarh University (India), met with tourism students to talk about intangible cultural heritage and sustainable development, using India as an example. Meetings were held as part of Maia Ghvinjilia’s course Cultural Tourism and Tinatin Mosiashvili’s course Tour Planning

IBSU hosted representatives of the European Language Institute
The International Black Sea University hosted representatives of the European Language Institute. Students of IBSU’s Bachelor of Tourism program will have the opportunity to complete an internship in Germany and find summer employment opportunities.

International Black Sea University conducted another free training for pupils – ‘Basics of Business’. During the training, pupils were introduced to various business areas, including marketing, management, accounting, finance, and tourism. The participants were awarded certificates and IBSU-branded gifts.
