Memorandum of Understanding

Today, on November 6, the Memorandum of Understanding was signed at the House of Justice between “The High School of Justice” represented by Director Lasha Maghradze and 11 leading universities, among which is the International Black Sea University. 

The main goal of “High School of Justice” (HSOJ) is to ensure the initial training for judicial candidates, as well as retraining the sitting judges and improving their qualifications, also forjudges’assistants and other court staff.

Within the Framework of Memorandum:

v  The HSOJ will provide a public (free) lectures for the Faculty of Law / Direction of  Law students;

v  Priority will be given to particular topics focused on practical training initiated by universities;

v  The Parties will implement joint academic activities on preliminarily agreed topics.
