Financial Statement Analysis and Company Valuation - The goal of the course is to enable students to effectively use the following tools of financial analysis: financial ratio analysis for cash flow statements, common-size financial statements analysis, cost-volume-profit analysis, sustainable growth analysis, cash budgets, asset and inventory analysis, long-term assets and its maangement analysis, liability, debt and equity analysis, measures of the risk and growth, valuation and forecasting and pro-forma financial statements analysis; students will gain a basic understanding of loan types and be able to apply the tools of financial analysis to determine the appropriate financing instrument for companies of moderate complexity and do financial reporting.

International Black Sea University offers for international students short term courses in terms of Summer School and Winter School. The Schools are offering a variety of subjects in interdisciplinary learning where an environment for new ideas and innovations enable forming new connections and improving language and communication skills.

The Summer and Winter School is a popular concept that combines enjoying your holiday with learning new skills and getting to know people from all around the world.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Students and young professionals.

Requirements:

At least B1 – B2 level of English language; minimum 18 years of age.

WHAT IS THE PRICE?

Students and young professionals.

The course fee includes:
  • the application fee and necessary study materials;
  • free internet access on campus;
  • access to library from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm;
  • free SIM card;
  • cultural and social activities: city tour/excursion.
The course fee does not include:
  • accommodation;
  • food;
  • transportation;
  • insurance;
  • personal expenses.

Kutaisi is a city in western Georgia. This city situated 221 kilometres (137 miles) west of Tbilisi. It is only 3.5 hours drive from Tbilisi.

WizzAir(a Low Cost Airline) is operating via Kutaisi Airport.

To Tbilisi Airport (TBS)

Flights to Tbilisi are mainly operated by Turkish Airlines, Lufthansa and Pegasus Airlines.

Students and young professionals.

Taxi fare is cheap in Georgia. In Tbilisi mostly you will pay max. 10 GEL (3-4 Euro).
For foreigners we suggest Yandex Taxi Application which you can download from Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Public transportation also available. Minibus, Bus, Subway costs only 0.5 GEL (0.2 Euro). Some minibuses may cost 0.8 GEL (0.3 Euro).

IBSU Dighomi Campus, which is located in the Davit Aghmashenebeli Alley 13 km, #2, Tbilisi, is close to the Tbilisi Mall.
