International Black Sea University is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Head of Human Resources Management and Development Office.

Qualification requirements:

·        Master’s Degree or equivalent (preferably in HR Management or Organizational Psychology);

·        Minimum 3 years experience in HR management and development;

·        Knowledge of the Higher Education Sphere;

·        Motivation and commitment to work at HEI;

·        Knowledge of Georgian and English Languages.
