In the frames of project “Human Rights law Week at Universities”, International Black Sea University (IBSU) hosted 2 events: Panel discussion about Limitations of Essential Human Rights in Terms of Road Safety Regulations During the event issues regarding: relation between legitimate purpose of road safety regulations and essential human rights, existing limitations and their relevance.
