International Black Sea University signed a memorandum of understanding with Óbuda University. Óbuda University is a prominent public university located in Budapest, Hungary. The IBSU International Relations Department hosted Professor Sungdon Hwang, a representative of the Korean Institute of Technology and Culture. During the meeting, Professor Hwang introduced the institution and explored potential opportunities for future collaboration.
