Meeting with American Combat Photographer Stacy Pearsal
On March 9, 2015, American Combat Photographer Stacy Pearsal met all students of the American Studies BA program, Students of English Philology and professors. Wounded twice in Iraq, the female photographer centered her presentation on her life experience in Iraq and interestingly responded to students’ and professors’ questions.

Debate at the Faculty of Education & Humanities
Debate was held on 24th of April. Freshmen, sophomore and Junior students participated in the debate on the following topic: “Children should begin learning a foreign language as soon as they start school.” There were four groups. Public Speaking Competition
Public Speaking Competition was held at the Faculty of Education and Humanities, on 13th of May. The students impersonated the famous leaders of the world, such as Hilary Clinton, Che Guevara, Martin Luther King, Barack Obama, Adolf Hitler, etc. They gave powerful speeches. As the competition was strong, it was really difficult to nominate the winners.
