Faculty of Education at International Black Sea University on March 19, 2011 held an International conference on Education, English Language Teaching, English and literatures in English. Thirty five papers were presented by 35 scholars and students from Georgia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Iraq, and USA.
On April 27-28 the Faculty of Education at IBSU held the Second International Research Conference on Education, English Language Teaching, the English Language, and Literatures in English. The event is becoming annual. 44 papers were presented. Participants represented 5 countries (Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iraq and Mexico). The Third International Research Conference on Education, English Language Teaching, English Language and Literatures in English was held on April 19-20, 2013 at the Faculty of Education. The materials, as usual, will be very soon published. 62 participants from 4 countries (Georgia, Turkey, Iran, and Azerbaijan) presented 53 papers. Presenters were awarded certificates of participation.
On April 25-26, 2014 the International Black Sea University held the 4th International Research Conference on Education, English Language Teaching, English and Literatures in English, in which, besides Georgian scholars, participants from the USA, Turkey, Iran, Armenia and Russia took part (totally 55 presentations, some – in person, and some – virtual and 66 participants).
