The Korean Language and Culture Club organized K-Game Quest: IBSU Edition, which is similar to famous Korean TV shows. The event featured a group competition where participants played games presented in several rounds. The winning teams received sponsors’ gifts. Guests enjoyed Korean food and photo booths at the event.
As part of the Erasmus + KA107 exchange program, professor Lela Abdushelishvili conducted lectures on strategic and positive business communication for the students of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences at the Think Global Festival. Besides, Professor Abdushelishvili introduced Georgian culture and traditions and discussed ways of future cooperation.
The undergraduate journalism program students at IBSU met with the director, musician, and journalist, Nargiza Gardapkhadze, within the framework of the event organized by the teacher of “Culture and Art Coverage.” The meeting addressed peculiarities of coverage of different branches of art. The guest spoke about cultural journalists’ career challenges and gave beginner journalists professional advice.
International Black Sea University hosted a public lecture on “Economic Freedom.” Speakers – Ramaz Gerliani, Nodar Sirbiladze, and Irakli Makalatia discussed economic-related topics, including “Freedom and Economic Freedom,” “Economic Policy” and “State property statistics. What economic potential is Georgia not utilizing?” At the end of the lecture, the attendees received certificates.
