International Black Sea University hosted a public lecture on “Economic Freedom.” Speakers – Ramaz Gerliani, Nodar Sirbiladze, and Irakli Makalatia discussed economic-related topics, including “Freedom and Economic Freedom,” “Economic Policy” and “State property statistics. What economic potential is Georgia not utilizing?” At the end of the lecture, the attendees received certificates.
International Black Sea University (IBSU) hosted sports commentator Tato Batsikadze. At the interactive meeting, organized by the Journalism BA program, Tato Batsikadze spoke on the topic of Sports and Georgian Media and answered students’ questions.

The representative of the “Eastern European Centre for Multiparty Democracy – EECMD “, Ana Magrakvelidze, introduced a new project to the IBSU students which will be implemented in cooperation with the UN Women. The project entitled “Empowering Women for Political Agency and Participation in Georgia” aims to strengthen women’s political and civic participation and activism.
