American and Georgian judges delivered a joint public lecture on “Challenges In Handling Domestic Violence Cases – Georgian and American Experience.” Among the Speakers were American judges Elisabeth Espinosa and Carol Kelly, Senior Judicial Advisor, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, US Embassy, Dr. Patricia Wildermuth, and Rustavi City Court Judge, Madonna Maisuradze. Students of the School of Law and State Governance attended the interactive
