International Black Sea University School of Languages

International Black Sea University School of Languages offers Academic language courses English, Georgian, Turkish, German, Spanish and Russian classes. Students have the opportunity to gain certificate after successful completion of these courses.

One of the TOEFL and IELTS test centers in Georgia is in our university. Students also have the opportunity to have these exam preparation courses under the site f School of Languages. Turkish TOMER that is known ADKM exam test is also carried out in our university. Moreover, Free Georgian and Turkish courses for our staff and students are being held. Other language courses is available when the number of students reach the minimum number of 10.

 Education system in International Black Sea University is in English. Within this vein, Students who are in low level of English language have the opportunity of getting one year Intensive English Program courses. After the completion of this program, students continue their education in their Faculties. 

Our university offers Language clubs that enable students to take a more active role in learning foreign language. Social activities under these school clubs give our students authentic language learning environment. Summer schools also give opportunity to practice their foreign languages in abroad for our students.

Registration Documents:

• Application form (to be obtained from the website)

• Document which shows where did student take his/her education and where did he live for the last two years

• High school diploma with Apostil

• Photocopy of all pages of the passport (including blank pages)

• 4 photos

• Criminal record

• Health report (to be taken from Georgia)

• ÖSYM exam result certificate (original or copy)

Turkish students have to get 180 points from YGS (Yükseköğretime Geçiş Sınavı) to open folder about being a student in foreign countries. Additionally, students must obtain a student visa. You can find detailed information about registration:
