International Black Sea University’s Journalism Bachelor’s Program was re-accredited for 7 years

On June 29, 2019, the International Black Sea University’s Journalism Bachelor's Program was re-accredited for 7 years. According to the experts' conclusion, the program fully satisfies all five requirements of the educational standard. The best practices of the educational program are also mentioned in of the document. The Journalism program is oriented towards preparing practicing journalists.

 We consider gaining experience in different media outlets to be the best practice within the field. This help students with developing practical skills and ensures their professional growth within the sphere of journalism by means of observing the working process of journalists“ – says the report. The program awaits for its new contingent of students from September, 2019. In June 2018, the program had its first wave of graduates.
