Computer Science Education Week

 On December 4-10, 2017 Faculty of Computer technologies and Engineering of International Black Sea University participated in an annual, global project – Computer Science Education Week- organized by non-profit organization Code.org. What the faculty held was called Computer Science and Engineering Week. In scope of International Black Sea University the audience of the event was 8,9,10 and 11 graders.

 About 80 students from different schools attended several public lectures and did the Hour of Code. They also had a skype call from New York with the international volunteer Stefana Muller, who is founder of ''Long Island Women in Tech'' and DevOps and CI/CD Entrepreneur International Black Sea University students from different faculties also participated as volunteers. They were responsible for organizational issues and helped school children in Hour of Code.
