International Black Sea University signed a memorandumof with Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia

International Black Sea University and the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia signed a  memorandumof cooperation. The Memorandum aims to promote the education of internally displaced persons by IBSU offering to study foreign languages.

The memorandum was signed by the International Black Sea University Rector Prof.Dr. Ilyas Ciloglu and Acting Chairman of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia Vakhtang Kolbaia.
