IBSU is an authorized Prometric Tesing Center, providing internet-based TOEFL tests for interested candidates. The Prometric Testing Center is an independent agency -not affiliated with International Black Sea University- contracted by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) to administer the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Internet Based Test (IBT).

Tests are offered each month throughout the year, but a registration must be made through the ETS web site, since availability is on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
