Admission for citizens of Georgia
For master’s/doctorate candidates in order to obtain the right to study at the International Black Sea University: admission of documents: from August 29 to September 11. (From August 29 to September 7, a 20% discount applies to registered master’s candidates for each academic year)
Electronic registration / admission of documents
Candidates for Master’s/Ph.D. programs must register for the desired program and send the necessary documentation to the graduate school’s e-mail address: raduateschool@ibsu.edu.ge

Note: For those candidates who have obtained a bachelor’s degree for the last 3 years at the International Black Sea University in the relevant field and in the instruction language of the master’s program, the entrance exams in the specialty and English language are canceled. Enrollment for this category of students will be done on the basis of interview results. If the period after the completion of the bachelor’s program exceeds 3 years, the candidate is required to pass the specialty exam (if necessary, and the instruction language test). If the candidate has completed a program in the previous level(s) of education, the language of instruction of which is different, he/she passes the exam of the relevant language of instruction of the program.

List of required documents:
- Application form – see the file (download and fill out the specified file)
A copy of the passport, in the absence of such, a copy of the identity card;
- A document confirming higher education or a certificate issued by a relevant higher educational institution of a relevant degree; Document of recognition of education received abroad.
- Diploma supplement, in the absence of such, a sheet of marks issued by the relevant higher educational institution.
- Common master’s exam card (for master’s degree applicants)
- Document confirming being on military registration
- Two photographs, 3X4 by e-mail, together with el-version (CD);
- Resume (CV) in Georgian and English;
- Research Proposal – (only for PhD candidates).
Those wishing to continue their studies at master’s and doctoral programs should send the above-mentioned documents and the electronic version of the photo to the email address of the graduates’ school: graduateschool@ibsu.edu.ge. In Subject, indicate the program on which you intend to continue your study. Incompletely uploaded documents will not be considered!
After completing the intra-university exams, the uploaded documents must be submitted in printed form, including notarized copies of documents confirming higher education, 3X4 photo (2 printed copies) and electronic version recorded on a CD).
Admission to master’s degree programs, internal university exams, interviews: September 13 – 16.
Interviews for doctoral programs: September 15-20.
