IBSU Journalism Program hosts Mamuka Andghuladze’s public lecture “Media Environment Ahead of the 2021 Elections”.

About the Speaker: Mamuka Andghuladze is currently the Media Program Manager of the non-governmental organization Transparency International Georgia. He has worked at various times in the Council of Europe as an officer of media pluralism and Internet governance projects. He also held the position of Media and Senior Analyst at Transparency International Georgia.
Mamuka Andghuladze holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Human Rights and Media Law from the University of Saarland in Germany.
