Qualification Requirements:

• Master’s or equivalent Degree (preferably in HR or Organizational Psychology)
• A minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR management and development role
• B2 level of both spoken and written Georgian and English Languages
• Knowledge of the specificities at Higher Education
