Qualification requirements:
- Higher Education
- Knowledge of Georgian and English Languages (min. B2 Level)
- Working experience with the communication channels (at least 2 years), including a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
- Experience of managing social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, tik-tok
Personal Skills:
- Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful post to using effective storytelling techniques
- Online community management and customer service skills
- Ability to prepare visual and video Content
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
- Creativity and effective communication skills
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and complex situations
- Effective time management skills
- Motivation and commitment
