Attention freshmen!

Registration of the undergraduate programs’ freshmen students at the International Black Sea University will be conducted in two stages:

First stage – initial registration

Online registration will be made on September 5-9, electronically;

Freshmen will be able to upload information and documents required for registration on the registration link: https://sis.ibsu.edu.ge/

Documents to be uploaded during the initial registration:

A copy of any document confirming the utilization of the internal grant.

Second stage – final registration

For final registration, freshmen must come to the university campus on September 12-17 and bring original documents:

•  Original document (certificate) confirming complete general education;
•  Copy of ID card;
•  Electronic photograph (on disk) and photograph 3X4 (2 items);
•  A copy of the conscript’s military registration certificate (for males);
•  International certificate confirming the level of the English language knowledge (if any);

Document confirming the right to use the internal grant of IBSU

The final tuition fee will be calculated (taking into account the state and internal grants) during the registration.

The study process will start on September 19!
