Study Process

In accordance with the decision of Inter Agency Coordination Council dated on February 24, 2021, universities are authorized to conduct practical, laboratory work and exams onsite from 1st March. Herewith, universities can resume fully on campus learning process from 15th March. We would like to emphasize that on campus studies is optional and universities are capable to decide with the Ministry. International Black Sea University continues online study process before March 15, 2021 and further updates will be communicated in the upcoming days.
