FULL SUPPORT FROM THE EMBASSY OF THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA FOR IBSU

The Ambassador of the United States of America HE Mr. Ian C. Kelly and Head of the Public Affairs Office, Mrs. Courtney E. Austrian visited the university to discuss current areas of cooperation between the Embassy and IBSU and possibilities for future collaboration.

For over a decade the US Embassy has invested in IBSU’s American Studies Bachelor’s program, providing guest speakers to offer seminars and lectures, as well as donating books and resources to the American Center, which was established with the assistance of the American Embassy. The Rector, Prof. Dr. Ilyas Ciloglu, expressed his gratitude for the Embassy’s concern for the educational quality at International Black Sea University and thanked the Ambassador for his continuous support for the university.
