On April 17, International Black Sea University hosted the rector of Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University   Vladimer Papava. MR Papava met academic staff and rector of the university. 

International Black Sea University expresses deep sorrow for the death of our student Levan Akhvlediani to his family and friends. We are sharing the burden of this immense grief. May God bless his soul!
