On March 22 Memorandum was signed between the International Black Sea University and Tbilisi Consulting Group. The Memorandums aims to establish a long-lasting collaboration between the mentioned parties. According to the Memorandum, Tbilisi Consulting Group will ensure the involvement of the Law School students of the International Black Sea University in the practical legal activities, whilst improving their professional skills, supporting them to elaborate legal issues of the cases and encouraging them to effectively develop their positions during litigation and out of court negotiations.

Furthermore, Memorandum establishes cooperation in providing legal services of Tbilisi Consulting Group to the foreign students who are studying at the International Black Sea University. Nowadays, aliens who are studying in Georgia often face problems regarding immigration, issuance of residence permits and preparation of necessary legal documents and recurring amendments of Georgian legislation. In case of violation of visa regime, foreign students are obliged to leave Georgia. Accordingly, this affects the financial conditions of the university too. The Memorandum sets forth that Tbilisi Consulting Group will provide the foreign students of International Black Sea University with an unprecedented, the most convenient and affordable legal services, that fully consider their requirements.
